We have been retained to conduct a nationwide search to recruit high quality fixed income sales people who possess strong relationships with banks, insurance companies, money managers, REITs and municipalities.
The Opportunity: Our client is one the most stable but also fastest growing, full service brokerage firms in the country. The Fixed Income sales professional will leverage a large capital base; access to a wide range of taxable markets; a Municipals group that is currently top 10 in the Underwriting league tables; an excellent Trading team; a large distribution network of retail and institutional Financial Advisors in over 125 offices nationwide; and value-added investment services (portfolio analytics, ALM, etc.).
*Compensation: (All cash) Payouts are above industry averages; Draw plus monthly commissions; Considerations for transition period.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a rolodex of relationships with executives at the desired financial services firms and a track record of strong revenue generation (i.e. at least $1 mil. annually, although all "A" quality individuals with upside will be considered as well). We are searching for individuals with first call access to their clients and have a middle market focus or a client base of exclusive relationships with off the radar companies.
